Description

This framework agreement, to be executed in part by the issue of purchase orders, concerns a project management assistance mission (AMO) for the preparation of the environmental assessment of the Pays d'Auray's territorial coherence scheme (SCOT) development projects. The services are divided into two parts: - a fixed, all-inclusive price. This covers the following three phases as described in the CCTP:- Phase 1: Coordination and guarantee of transversality and iteration in the environmental assessment,- Phase 2: Iterative support for the development of changes to the SCoT,- Phase 3: Restitution and formalization of the results of the environmental assessment in the environmental report. a purchase order component: depending on requirements and the conclusions of the three previous phases, the contracting authority reserves the right to issue purchase orders for :- the need for additional investigations and opportunities to establish data and knowledge which, although necessary for the analysis of the initial state of the environment, are lacking- participation in the adjustment phases at the respective terms of the two SCoT evolution projects, simplified modification and revision,- the development and implementation of a participatory strategy targeting economic players, associations and interested parties in the Pays d'Auray territory.The framework agreement is not divided into tranches within the meaning of articles R 2113-4 to R 2113-6 of the French Public Order Code.
