To this end, the Gpmm will choose an operator at the end of the present consultation with whom a concession contract will be concluded, which will ensure the complete operation of the spaces as defined in the present specifications. The Operator will manage and coordinate all operations required for its activity, and will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
