Description
The municipality of Zwolle wants to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for customised tricycles and all associated services. The client uses the procedure: competitive procedure with prior publication. The motivation for this form is as follows: the order concerns the delivery of made-to-measure products. It is not possible to provide these bicycles without adaptation of readily available solutions (Article 2.30 in conjunction with Article 2.28 paragraph 1 under a 1o Procurement Act 2012) A standard bicycle does not meet the needs of the client.
