Description

The contract covers the supply of food supplies for the preparation of school meals and technical assistance. The foodstuffs necessary for the preparation of meals include meals served to nursery and elementary school pupils and to children attending leisure centres, technical assistance in the preparation of menus, the search for short-circuit producers, the use of foodstuffs, stock management and the organisation of school meals. Supply:

- will introduce at least 20 % organic products,
- will offer products from local and regional supplies at a minimum level of 30%, giving preference to local producers.
In this context, the task of the successful tenderer will be to enhance the value of short circuits.
