Description

Tender for the supply and delivery of food for establishments managed by the Communal social action centre (CCAS) Lyon.

This involves ensuring the supply and delivery of the foodstuffs necessary for:

- the preparation of meals from the 4 Accommodation establishments for dependent elderly people (EHPAD), ie a total of approximately 220,000 meals per year, as well as breakfasts and snacks
- the activity of the 15 senior autonomy residences (including entertainment, parties)
- making meals for a social restaurant, a total of around 55,000 per year (meals served at lunchtime only, all year round from Monday to Friday)
- the occasional needs of the CCAS headquarters in Lyon

Products covered by the decree of 9.9.1964 modified by the decree of 3.12.1991 transposing into national law the EEC directive nº 89108 of 21.12.1988 defining frozen products as foodstuffs.

Foodstuffs must be subjected to an appropriate freezing process known as “deep-freezing” making it possible to pass as quickly as necessary, depending on the nature of the product, the zone of maximum crystallisation having the effect that the temperature of the product in all its points , after thermal stabilisation, is maintained continuously at values ​​equal to or lower than -18 ºC
