Description

The state of Rhineland-Palatinate, represented by the head of the Central Awarding Authority of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in the State Office for Mobility of Rhineland-Palatinate, plans to use this award procedure for the state-wide procurement of oils, lubricants and special fuels. The award procedure is carried out nationwide by means of an open procedure in accordance with §§ 15, 14 VgV, § 119 GWB.the aim is to conclude a framework agreement with one economic operator per lot (the subsequent contractor) for the supply of oils, lubricants and special fuels.the award of the framework agreement is carried out in accordance with § 21 Paragraph 4 No. 1 VgV.lot allocation:- Lot 1 - Oils and lubricating greases: Includes the supply of engine, transmission and hydraulic oils and lubricating greases. Lot 2 - Special hydraulic oil: Includes the delivery of "Panolin HLP Synth 46" hydraulic oil. Lot 3: Includes the delivery of 2-stroke (ready mixed) and 4-stroke equipment fuel and saw-chain adhesive oil. A further component of the lot is the return of empty and used containers.
Delivery of engine, transmission and hydraulic oils as well as lubricating greases. Another part of the lot is the disposal of used oil and the return of empty containers. The service starts on April 1, 2021. Delivery of special hydraulic oil ("Panolin HLP Synth 46"). Another component of the lot is the disposal of waste oil and the return of empty containers. The start of the service is 1.4.2021. Delivery of 2-stroke (finished mixture) and 4-stroke petrol as well as chain saw adhesive oil. A further component of the lot is the taking back of empty and old containers. start of service is 1.4.2021.
