The Government has a service requirement for the training and supervision of foreign national, mine detection dog handlers in Iraq. Please see the attached RFQ and Performance Work Statement.
In order to be awarded this contract, contractors must be registered in the JOINT CONTINGENCY and EXPEDITIONARY SYSTEM (JCXS) at https://www.jccs.gov. In addition, all subcontractors at all tiers who will be contracted by the prime during the life of the contract, shall be registered in JCXS. Registration and account approval is a process that normally takes multiple weeks. The Government advises any interested parties to begin this registration process as soon as possible, and contact the CO once you've completed your initial JCCS account application.Â
