Description

The purpose of this consultation is to provide maintenance services for tramway and bus window films, as well as certain passenger stations. The services to be provided by the contractor concern the following areas:- installation of films on new supports;- installation of advertising campaigns;- miscellaneous adhesive work (particularly advertising);- replacement of anti-graffiti film.The complete details of the services are given in the three CCTPs for the three lots.the place of performance of the services is Nantes and its conurbation (three cetex Dalby, Trocardière and Saint-Herblain, then 2025 for the Babinière site).the consultation is divided into three lots:- lot 1: buses;- lot 2: fixed installations;- lot 3: tramways.
This framework agreement, which has been concluded with the company or group of companies, covers the maintenance of protective films for windows in buses in the Nantes area, the fitting of adhesives for event campaigns and ancillary services: fitting of films on new supports, various adhesive fitting works. The supply of protective films will be part of the framework agreement.the films applied to the windows are defined by bus type and only to those that are not emergency exits, in order to protect the windows from scratches caused by vandalism.the bus fleet of 396 vehicles currently comprises:- 152 standard Heuliez type buses;- 222 articulated Heuliez, IVECO and Evobus type buses;- 22 bi-articulated Hess type busesThis is a single-award framework agreement for the provision of services, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of EUR 81,250 excluding tax, for the entire duration of the framework agreement (including the renewal year), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2o of the French Public Order Code.This framework agreement will be executed progressively by the issue of purchase orders in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the French Public Order Code.This framework agreement is entered into pursuant to the provisions of the French Public Order Code.The framework agreement is concluded for a period of four (4) years from the date of its notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable one (1) time for one (1) year. This framework agreement, which is concluded with the company or group of companies, concerns the maintenance of protective films for windows in passenger stations on the Semitan network and in Semitan buildings in the Nantes conurbation, and ancillary services: installation of films on new supports, replacement and various adhesive installation works. The purpose of the films applied to the windows is to protect the windows from scratches made by vandals.This is a single-award framework agreement for the provision of services, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of EUR 85,000 excluding tax, for the entire duration of the framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. This framework agreement will be executed progressively by the issue of purchase orders in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Order Code.This framework agreement is concluded in application of the provisions of the Public Order Code.The framework agreement is concluded for a period of four (4) years from its date of notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable one (1) time for one (1) year. This framework agreement, which has been concluded with the company or group of companies, concerns the maintenance of protective films for windows in the tramways of the Nantes conurbation, and ancillary services: installation of films on new supports, installation of "tan" advertising campaigns, various adhesive installation works. At present, the trains are stored at three CETEX (technical and operating centre): Dalby, Trocardière, and Saint-Herblain. A new CETEX will open in 2025 on the Babinière site.This is a single-award framework agreement for the provision of services, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of EUR 375,000 excluding tax, for the entire duration of the framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2o of the French Public Order Code.This framework agreement will be executed progressively by the issue of purchase orders in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Order Code.This framework agreement is concluded in application of the provisions of the Public Order Code.The framework agreement is concluded for a period of four (4) years from its date of notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable one (1) time for one (1) year.
