Description
Framework agreement for the supply of medication for the Hessian prisons for a period of 2 years with the option of an extension for a further 2 years.This agreement includes the medication - according to German law - required for pharmacies, which is required for the practice of the medical service of the prisoners in order to supply the prisoners.The estimated sum for medicines put out to tender (fixed price list) is approx. 2,100,000 EUR (net) per year plus 250,000 EUR (net) per year of further turnover.deliveries are to be made to 18 prisons throughout Hesse.
