Description
The subject of the contract is the service entitled Collection and disposal of medical waste for the year 2024
The service of successive collection of medical waste as defined in :- Decree of the Minister of Climate of 03.01.2020. (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10) on the waste catalog under the number 18 01 - waste from perinatal care, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of medical treatment;- Waste Law of 14.12.2012. (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended);- Ordinance of the Minister of Health dated 21.10.2016 on the requirements and manner of disposal of medical and veterinary waste (Journal of Laws 2016, item 1819);- Law on transportation of dangerous goods dated 19.08.2011(Journal of Laws 2022, item 2147, as amended);- Ordinance of the Minister of Health dated 05.10.2017. (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1975) on the detailed manner of handling medical waste;- The Law of 27.04.2001. Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2556, as amended); performed with own transport, including its scope of waste collection with loading, weighing and disposal.For further description, please refer to Section III Description of the subject of the contract SWZ.
