Description

Objective
The purpose of this Quotation is to retain services for the transcription into French of medical reports for the medical records and medical imaging sectors in order to compensate for the lack of human resources and maintain, or reduce, the transcription deadlines to a maximum of seven (7) days.
Context setting
The difficulty of replacing medical secretaries and the increase in activities have had the effect of significantly increasing transcription times in the various sectors of activity mentioned above. The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux du Bas-Saint-Laurent (CISSS BSL) must maintain medical transcription deadlines for the Rimouski regional hospital at seven days or less and in order to achieve this, it requires efficient and quality medical transcription services in support of its existing internal services.
Services required
The SERVICE PROVIDER must provide medical transcription services and meet the requirements of the CISSS BSL qualitative and quantitative standards. The project will be carried out in collaboration with the transcription services of CISSS BSL
The interventions to be performed are related to electronic medical transcription under reduced supervision by the CISSS BSL. The medical transcriptions that the SERVICE PROVIDER performs as part of this project are performed from its own equipment and peripherals, teleworking on CISSS BSL's information systems.
