Description

The subject of the contract is: The supply of personal protection materials and hygiene measures and necessary medical equipment for combating the effects of COVID-19 epidemic in Jedrzejów County on entities and persons most in need and involved in the prevention, prevention and combating of coronavirus.A detailed description of the subject of the contract (TDC) for each task/part is set out in Annex 7 to the ToR. The subject of the contract covers 9 indivisible tasks/parts for which the contracting authority authorises the possibility of submitting a partial tender, provided that the tender in each of them should be complete (include all items listed in the task/part in question) and should meet the specific requirements set out in the ToR.
The subject of the contract is the delivery of clothing including: 1.1. Surgical aprons - 3 300 pieces 1.2. Disposable interlining aprons - 8 000 pieces 1.3. Disposable protective clothing (set of sweatshirt + trousers) - 600 pieces described in detail in Annex 7 to the ToR for a given task/part. The subject of the order is the delivery of goggles including:2.1. protective goggles - 470 pcs.- described in detail in Annex 7 to the ToR for the given task/part. The subject of the contract is the delivery of protective suits comprising:3.1. Protective suits - 4 020 units. Detailed description in Annex 7 to the ToR for a given task/part. Ordering party: Medical mask (single use) - 70 000 units 4.2. The subject of the contract is the delivery of visors including:5.1. Face shields (reusable) - 350 pcs.- Detailed description in Annex 7 to ToR 7 for a given task/part. The subject of the contract is the delivery of shoe guards comprising:6.1. Shoe guards (i.e. 3 800 pairs) - 7 600 pieces detailed in Annex 7 to the ToR for a given task/part. The subject of the contract is the delivery of gloves comprising:7.1. Protective gloves (100 pcs. each) - 5 000 pcs. Detailed in Annex 7 to the ToR for the given task/part. The subject matter of the order is the delivery of disinfectants, comprising:8.1. Disinfectants for disinfecting surfaces of 5 litres - 3 000 units 8.2. Personal hygiene products of 5 litres - 3 000 units 8.3. Disinfectants for disinfecting hands of 5 litres - 3 000 units. The subject of the order is the delivery of thermometers including:9.1. Non-contact thermometer - 21 pieces.Described in detail in Annex 7 to the ToR for the given task/part.
