The subject of the order is the delivery of specialist medical equipment for the Electrophysiology and Heart Electrostimulation Laboratory. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order according to the terms and conditions described in the model agreement constituting Appendix 4 to the ToR. The Contracting Authority allows for partial bids for individual packages. A tender may be submitted for the entire order or for individual tasks from 1 to 26.
