1. procurement of a patient data management system (PDMS) for the intensive care units (internal medicine, surgery and intermediate care) at 2 locations with the necessary functionality as required in the LV As well as all associated services (training, parameterization, commissioning, acceptance, maintenance/care).2. procurement of an anesthesia information and management system (AIMS) for surgical OR's at 2 locations with the necessary functionality as required in the contract. As well as all associated services (training, parameterisation, commissioning, acceptance, maintenance/care).3 It is planned to operate both systems in the form of a "Continuum of Care".
Procurement of a patient data management system (PDMS) and an anaesthesia information and management system (AIMS) with:1. Procurement of a patient data management system (PDMS) for the intensive care units (internal medicine, surgery, neonatology and intermediate care) at 2 locations with the following functionality:- digital fever curve with transfer of vital data from connected monitors and respirators;- processing of scores for intensive care complex treatment;- orders, medication, care planning and care documentation;- creation of reports and letters;- HIS interface based on HL7 to Orbis from Dedalus (formerly Agfa Healthcare);- display of intensive care data on the normal wards.As well as all associated services (training, parameterisation, commissioning, acceptance, maintenance/care).2. procurement of an Anaesthesia Information and Management System (AIMS) for surgical and neonatological OR's at 2 locations with the following functionality:- preoperative anamnesis and premedication at central workstations and at the patient bed;- digital anaesthesia protocol with transfer of data from connected monitors and ventilators;- documentation of the anaesthesia course with medication, staff times, events, scores, etc.HL7 interface for exchanging data from and to the ORBIS HIS of Dedalus (formerly Agfa Healthcare) as well as all associated services (training, parameterisation, commissioning, acceptance, maintenance/care).3 It is planned to operate both systems in the form of a "Continuum of Care".4The installed anaesthesia documentation system of Dedalus (formerly Agfa Healthcare) is to be replaced by the AIMS put out to tender.
