The clinics of the district of Neustadt a. d. Aisch - Bad Windsheim intend to conclude a contract for the delivery, installation and commissioning of a central patient data management system (PDMS) for the locations in Neustadt an der Aisch and Bad Windsheim within the framework of a call for tenders in a negotiated procedure with partial tender.The clinics of the district Neustadt a. d. Aisch are clinics of the care level I with approx. 360 planned beds, 900 employees, 14 departments and a care of approx. 17,000 in-patients and 23,000 out-patients per year.The object of the procurement is a system for the complete digitalization of the documentation processes within medicine and care:- Patient data management system- Anesthesia information management system- Integration of existing medical technology- Connection to the existing hospital information system (Medico from CompuGroup Medical Deutschland AG)- Service for the installation, customizing and training of the system- Support services after acceptanceThe current paper-based documentation of all progress data in the intensive care units, the intermediate care unit as well as the anesthesiologically managed part in the operating room is to be digitalized.Financing will come from the KHZF funding. The PDMS must fulfill the central MUST requirements of funding category 3 "Digital nursing and treatment documentation". This results in a tight schedule for the implementation of at least the first realization phase including "go-live". The future contractor must start implementing the system no later than 10 weeks after the award of the contract.
