Description

The client, KLINIK BAVARIA Kreischa, has applied for funding under the Hospital Futures Act (Krankenhauszukunftsgesetz) in accordance with Section 19 (1) Sentence 1 Nos. 3 and 5 KHSFV. The goal is to increase patient safety by documenting all relevant information and data and making it available to all persons involved in the process as well as downstream service providers. In order to be able to pursue these digital principles, sub-projects such as the mobile digital ward round, digital wound management, digital daily curve and digital speech recognition are planned, for example, as part of the KHZG.****Lot 1: Digital nursing and treatment documentation and digital medication management****Lot 2: Digital speech recognition****
KLINIK BAVARIA Kreischa's goal is to convert paper-based documentation to end-to-end, structured electronic documentation of care and treatment services so that care and treatment documentation is exclusively digital. In addition, the introduction of digital medication is being pursued in order to document the entire medication process electronically throughout and to increase drug therapy safety (AMTS) and patient safety.****The details can be found in Annex 1.1 to these award documents.**** The objective is the full implementation of digital speech recognition to support the documentation of care and treatment services at KLINIK BAVARIA Kreischa.****The digital speech recognition is to be installed and operated ("on premise") in the network of KLINIK BAVARIA Kreischa.****The details can be found in Annex 1.2 to these award documents.****
