CENTRE D'ACQUISITIONS GOUVERNEMENTALES acts as an agent for health and social service establishments. CENTRE D'ACQUISITIONS GOUVERNEMENTALES (hereinafter referred to as the "PUBLIC ORGANIZATION") is legally constituted under the Act respecting the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales (RLRQ, chapter C-7.01).

PURPOSE

THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION is requesting bids for medical imaging screens, the required accessories and training for the benefit of participating establishments located in the delivery regions covered by this notice.

INFORMATION SESSION

A virtual information session will be held on April 3, at 1:30 p.m. BIDDERS interested in attending are invited to confirm their attendance by e-mail to catherine.boily@cag.gouv.qc.ca.
The purpose of this meeting is to answer bidders' questions on any aspect of the call for tenders. Failure to attend may not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a TENDER or the SUPPLIER.

CONTRACT DURATION AND OPTIONS

For the purchase of equipment and accessories :
The contract will cover a period of THREE (3) years.
