The subject matter of the order is:- supply of medical and technical gases,- lease of tanks for liquid medical oxygen, liquid nitrogen, - lease of cylinders, - transport The order has been divided into 4 parts.A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in the following attachments to the specification: attachment No. 1a-package No. 1, attachment No. 1b-package No. 2, attachment No. 1c-package No. 3, attachment No. 1d-package No. 4.This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, which are, for example, the result of answers to the questions of contractors. The quantities given are the estimated demand for a period of 24 months
Package No. 11. Lease of tanks for the storage of liquid oxygen, together with its connection to the functioning oxygen plant, complying with current standards and regulations, with parameters:- Cryogenic tank for storage of liquid oxygen and production of gaseous oxygen with internal capacity of 6m3 +/- 10%, with evaporator, natural evaporation rate not greater than 0.4% for 48 hours ( Sucha Beskidzka Hospital),- Eurocyl type cryogenic tank with a capacity of about 900 kg together with evaporator and necessary fittings (Mak Podhalański Hospital). - Cryogenic tank (liquid oxygen) with a capacity of 3000 kg, together with the necessary fittings, equipped with a vaporizer - for storage of liquid oxygen and production of gaseous oxygen ( Sucha Beskidzka Hospital) 2. Delivery of medical oxygen liquid in the quantities specified in package No. 1.3. Delivery and installation of tanks4. Inspection and maintenance of the internal installation of medical gases 5. Inspection and maintenance of the power sources of the medical gas installationRecognizing the limited number of characters, the detailed scope of the order is contained in the SWZ along with the annexes. PPackage No. 21.Supply of medical gases (medical oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, mixture of oxygen and nitrogen) in the assortment and quantity specified in the package No. 2.Lease of cylinders in the assortment and quantity specified in the package No. 2:- steel cylinders of medical oxygen of capacity. 10 , 40 and 50 liters,- aluminum cylinders of medical oxygen with integrated valve with a capacity of 2, 5,8,10 liters,- cylinders of carbon dioxide 40 l- cylinders for nitrous oxide with a capacity of (7 kg,) 10l- aluminum cylinders for a mixture of medical oxygen and nitrous oxide in a ratio of 50% to 50% (with a capacity. 2.8m3 ) 10l together with the lease of a valve and a cart for transporting the cylinders,3. Required certificates :The offered medical gases, which are medical devices, must be authorized for marketing and use in Poland in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022(Journal of Laws of 2022, item. 974); offered medical gases, which are medicinal products must be authorized for marketing under the terms of Article 3 or 4 paragraphs 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2008 No. 45 item 271 as amended) (if applicable).Detailed scope of the contract is contained in the SWZ along with annexes. Package No. 31.Lease of a tank for liquid nitrogen ( tank for filling portable containers -termos) with parameters:a) cryogenic tank for storing liquid nitrogen,b) internal capacity of 0.6 m3 +/- 10%,2. Supply of liquid nitrogen in the quantity specified in package No. 3.The Contractor will be obliged to perform the assembly and installation necessary to install the tank and train the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the tank belonging to their tasks. In addition, the Contractor shall be obliged to:g) provide the Ordering Party, together with the tanks, with operating instructions and all technical documentation required by law, necessary for the proper use of the tanks;h) perform all tests, measurements and arrangements as well as to prepare a protocol of the work performed necessary for the acceptance and release for operation;i) perform inspections, maintenance and current repairs to the tanks during the term of the contract, to the extent specified in the operating regulations for this type of installation in accordance with the requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection; g) insure the tank being the subject of this contract against all possible risks.4.. the Contracting Authority suggests that the Contractor familiarize himself with the site of the contract in order to properly prepare a bid. Costs associated with this shall be borne by the Contractor.5.The handover of the tank will be made by a handover and acceptance protocol drawn up with the participation of both parties and a protocol of acceptance by the technical supervision.6.After installation of the tanks, the Contractor at his own expense will carry out a test of liquid nitrogen transfer.Offered medical gases, which are medical devices, must be authorized for marketing and use in Poland in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022. year on medical devices (DU 2022 item 974); offered medical gases that are medicinal products must be authorized for marketing under the terms of Article 3 or 4 paragraphs 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2008 No. 45 item 271 as amended) (if applicable).The detailed scope of the contract is contained in the SWZ along with the annexes. Package No. 41.Lease of cylinders of technical oxygen and acetylene in the quantities and parameters specified in package No. 4.2.Supply of technical oxygen and acetylene in the quantities specified in package No. 4.3. The Contractor shall ensure the proper technical condition of tanks and cylinders based on the applicable regulations:- in terms of tanks:- current UDT tests,- description and identification marking,- description and warning marking,- in terms of cylinders:- UDT test valid min. 1 year from the date of issuance of the cylinder,- identification description and marking including bar code - description and warning marking,- identification colors of the gas on the cylinder,- mark or description identifying the filling plant,- mark or description identifying the owner The detailed scope of the order is contained in the SWZ together with the annexes.
