Description

This consultation concerns the purchase of masks (surgical, alternative use disposable, alternative use fabric, Ffp2, inclusive, masks for children), hydro-alcoholic gel, containers for hydro-alcoholic gel) and will give rise to an allotment and renewable dynamic purchasing system, concluded without minimum or maximum amount or quantity.Any operator may ask to join the dynamic purchasing system at any time during its period of validity, i.e. until 28 March 2025. The consultation is being carried out within the framework of the group of orders made up of Orléans Métropole, the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale d'Orléans and the towns of Orléans, Chécy, Saint Jean de Braye, Saran, Saint Cyr-en-Val and Chanteau, which is being coordinated by Orléans Métropole
the technical specifications will be set out in the special technical clauses of the specific contracts. For information purposes, an estimate of the quantities is given in Annex 1 of the Ccap based on previous annual consumption. The estimated quantities for each category of purchases and for the duration of the Sad will also be detailed in the EQD (Estimated Quantities) of each specific contract. These quantities will be purely indicative; they are calculated on the basis of consumption in previous years. Category 2 and 3 masks must meet the requirements of the Afnor Spec076-001 standard and must be qualified by the Dga.
