Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment for the Copernicus Copernicus Regional Multi-Specialist Oncology and Traumatology Centre in Łódź. A detailed assortment and quantity description can be found in Appendix 2 to the ToR, which is also the price form.

I "Low-profile vascular port with an input set with the following parameters: weight 7.6g, size 31.00 x 22.2 x 12.2mm and low-profile vascular port with an input set with the following parameters: weight 5.0g, size 25.8 x 20.8 x 10.1mm to choose from when placing an order.- The port chamber is made entirely of titanium and biocompatible plastic casing (polyoxymethylene) with a shape similar to that of a "tear" - 3 fixation holes filled with silicone - silicone membrane which does not protrude much beyond the contour of the port flange and provides tightness for 3000 punctures,- Radiological marking port for easy identification of maximum flow and port position - attached silicone catheter, internal diameter 1.20 mm and external diameter 2.40 mm (7.2Fr) visible in X-ray 60 cm long with 1 cm graduation on the catheter and description every 5 cm, with atraumatic end on the patient's side with a convenient, detachable connection of the catheter with the port - the induction set included:- comfortable Seldinger guide with J-tip,- thin puncture needle easily passing through the skin (18G, 7 cm)- entertainment inductor with a comfortable handle,- tunnelling tool - crochet,- blunt needle for catheter filling,- 22G straight Huber needle,- Huber's safety needle (20 G x 20 mm) for insertion into the inserted port, - Compatible with magnetic resonance imaging and CT scans, - Resistant to 325 psi for contrast, flow rate 5 ml/sec.- Additionally, sterile ultrasound protection - latex-free cover for ultrasound heads, - two sterile rubber bands and sterile gel for ultrasound. - The set includes a passport in Polish, an educational package for the patient and a bracelet informing that the patient has a vascular port.
