The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 1A to the ToR No. 2. The Economic Operator grants at least twelve (12) months warranty for the delivered subject of the contract. 2. is a minimum period. In the Tender Form, i.e. in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR, the Economic Operator may include a longer warranty period for the offered subject matter of the contract, in accordance with the scope indicated in item A.1.1 of the ToR. 19.8 TOOLS.
