Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery and installation of medical equipment for Głogów County Hospital Ltd.2 The subject matter of the contract is the one-off delivery of medical equipment.3 The subject matter of the contract is divided into 3 parts, hereinafter referred to as 'packages'.4 The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial bids, i.e. for any selected packages. 5. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in appendix 3, i.e. List of Technical Parameters, and the conditions for the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft contract - appendix 46. The offered subject matter of the contract must be brand new, manufactured at least in 2021.7. It must have documents permitting its use in health care facilities in the territory of the Republic of Poland.8. The offered assortment must meet the requirements of the Purchaser given in the description of the subject of the contract.
The subject of the contract is delivery and installation of an ultrasound system for the Hospital in Głogów, sp. z o.o., in accordance with the requirements described in the appendix to the SWZ - technical parameters The subject of the contract is delivery and installation of a system consisting of four patient monitors and a central unit (central monitor) for the needs of the Internal Diseases Department of the Hospital in Głogów, sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract is delivery and installation of 30 infusion pumps for the needs of the Internal Diseases Department of the Hospital in Głogów
