Description

The subject matter of the order includes in particular the sale, delivery, arrangement/assembly of operating lamps in the premises of the Southern Hospital indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as start-up and performance before acceptance (by authorized persons) of start-up, functional tests of operating lamps' efficiency, as well as ensuring the start-up of lamps by the manufacturer's service, if there is such a requirement to maintain the guarantee. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is specified in Attachment No. 2 to the ToR, document entitled: "Description of the subject of the order and technical parameters of the subject of the order".
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Attachment No. 2 to the ToR entitled: "Description of the subject matter of the contract and technical parameters of the subject matter of the contract". 2: Note: The Contracting Authority provides for an on-site inspection of the existing facility on 13 August 2020 at 12.00 noon at the main entrance to the facility of the Southern Hospital in order to take detailed measurements in the column assembly room, which may result in the correction of the length of arms or beams with respect to the dimensions specified in Annex 2 to the ToR. The contractor interested in participating in the on-site visit is obliged to secure personal safety and health protection equipment on his own, which will enable him to enter the facility, i.e. a helmet, suitable footwear, etc.
