Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment. The subject matter is specified in terms of quantity and assortment and described in Annex 2 to the ToR. In the text of Annex no. 2 the Awarding Entity has defined the absolutely required conditions which must be met by all offered products.2 The description of the subject matter of the contract should be read together with any possible changes in the contents of the specification, e.g. as a result of answers given to Contractors' queries. The quantities given are an estimated demand for 36 months and are used to calculate the offer price (i.e. to establish the maximum remuneration for the Economic Operator). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to resign from purchasing the part of the product range resulting from lack of demand.
