Description

The purpose of this European public tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one Contractor who is responsible for the management and maintenance of the electrical installations in and around buildings belonging to the municipality of Edam-Volendam.
The scope of the contract concerns 42 properties with a total GLA of approximately 41,500 m2. It is possible that during the term of the contract it will be decided that changes and/or expansions and/or reductions are required with respect to the number of buildings and/or installations. An indication of the size of the contract is approx. €125,000,- excl. VAT per year. Of which €50.000,- is preventive and corrective maintenance. No rights can be derived from this amount.
