Description

The term "food vouchers" hereinafter referred to as "vouchers" shall be understood to mean issued and offered by the Contractor bearer ID cards entitling the Contractor to pay for the purchase of ready meals and groceries for the independent preparation of meals and beverages, excluding tobacco and alcohol products.2The vouchers must entitle to purchase preventive meals containing 50-55 % carbohydrates, 30-35 % fats and 15 % proteins with the required minimum calorific value of 1 000 kcal, or foodstuffs enabling the employee to prepare on his own the meal specified above with the value equal to the nominal value of the voucher in gastronomic establishments and retail outlets indicated by the Contractor.3The Contracting Authority does not allow the purchase prices of meals and food products purchased for vouchers to be higher than the prices applicable to other consumers.4 Catering establishments and retail outlets where vouchers can be redeemed should be properly marked, enabling their identification by employees redeeming vouchers.5Nutritional vouchers should be protected against forgery (counterfeiting or falsification) by affixing a suitable hologram/thermal sign/ watermark/barcode on them.6Talons must be paper vouchers, the Purchaser shall not allow food vouchers in electronic form (e.g. electronic cards).7 Only meals or food products intended for a preventive meal (excluding stimulants, in particular alcohol or tobacco products) may be purchased for food vouchers.8. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to ensure that the Contractor is able to redeem the vouchers which are the subject of the contract (with the value of a unit food voucher of PLN 9): a) in at least two catering establishments offering hot dishes and in at least five retail outlets selling groceries in particular districts of Warsaw (each separately), i.e.: Warsaw, Gdynia, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Sopot, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Sopot, Sopot, Sopot, Sopot, Sopot, Gdynia, Sopot, Sopot and other areas of the city, as well as in at least five retail outlets selling groceries in particular districts of Warsaw (each separately): Bemowo, Białołęka, Bielany, Mokotów, Ochota, Praga Południe, Praga Północ, Śródmieście, Targówek, Ursus, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Wawer, Włochy, Żoliborz;b) in at least one catering establishment offering hot meals and in at least five retail outlets selling groceries in particular districts of Warsaw (each separately), i.e. Bemowo, Białołęka, Bielany, Mokotów, Ochota, Praga Południe, Praga Północ, Śródmieście, Targówek, Ursus, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Wawer, Włochy, Żoliborz;c) in at least one catering establishment offering hot meals and in at least five retail outlets selling groceries in particular districts of Warsaw (each separately), i.e. Bielany, Bielany, Bielany, Bielany, Białystok, Bielany, Bielany, Mokotów, Ochota: Rembertów and Wesoła; c) in at least two catering establishments offering hot meals and at least three retail outlets selling groceries in the Municipality and City of Piaseczno.9The Contracting Authority shall not recognise catering establishments and retail outlets if: a) the establishment or retail outlet is being renovated, b) the establishment or retail outlet has been moved to an address other than the one indicated in the list, c) the establishment or retail outlet included in the list does not exist, d) the same establishment or retail outlet is included in several items in the list (the Contracting Authority shall recognise only one establishment or retail outlet), e) the establishment or retail outlet included in the list has been eliminated.Other requirements in accordance with the ToR.
