Description
The subject of the order in the present proceedings is: feeding service for patients of Joannitas Hospital in Pszczyna, in the period and quantities specified in the Bid Form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.Detailed terms and conditions for the execution of the subject of the order have been specified in the draft agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and in the annexes to the agreement, i.e. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order and Specification of Diets.
The subject matter of the order in the present proceedings is: the service of feeding patients of Joannitas Hospital in Pszczyna, in the period and quantities specified in the Offer Form constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ for a period of 24 months. Detailed terms and conditions for the execution of the subject of the order are set forth in the draft agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and in the annexes to the agreement, i.e. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order and Specification of Diets.
