Canada - McGill University New VIC Project Lot 5022: Transient Wire Networks

Description

The Royal Institution for the Advancement of Science / McGill University (the "University") project involves the redevelopment of a portion of the original Royal Victoria Hospital site and the buildings located there to house research and teaching laboratories, training rooms and office space. Maintenance work is required to maintain the functionality of the buildings owned by Société Québecoise des Infrastructures (SQI).
The proposed lot 5022 is related to transitional wire network work.
SITE VISIT
Bidders wishing to bid may attend a main site visit.
The main site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
Site address: 3848 University Street, Montreal, Quebec H3A 2B
Meeting point: Security station on the 4th floor of Pavilion C.
To get there, go to the end of University Street, past the black metal door with the Pomerleau sign on it. Enter through door number 93 and walk straight ahead to the security station.
Please confirm your attendance no later than 3:00 p.m. on July 25, 2023.
IMPORTANT: Please bring your mask and PPE.
All bidders who visit the project site do so at their own expense, to see for themselves the requirements of the work, and must obtain all relevant information and verify any conditions affecting their contract, as no surplus will be granted for any reason whatsoever.
