Description

It produces for the location ? but also nationally and internationally ? the future-oriented social goods of education, knowledge and the exchange of knowledge under the guiding principle of sustainability.

The Regional Computing Center (RRZ) of the University of Hamburg is the central IT provider of the University of Hamburg. Among other things, it currently operates the Matrix42 software suite centrally for all universities in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. As the central procurement office, the University of Hamburg conducts an open procedure for itself and the participating university partners in accordance with § 4 VgV.

The aim of this procedure is to conclude an EVB-IT transfer agreement type B with a high-performance service provider in order to guarantee the future security of supply of the Matrix42 software suite (ITSM Enterprise and UEM23) for all universities. The universities operate the software suites in their own installations. Licensing is to apply on a per-device basis from September 1, 2024 for a total of 10,000 devices with a term of four years and annual payment. For optional, annual subsequent purchases, a fixed price is to be paid for each additional 100 devices (staggered). It is possible that several additional purchases may be made during the year.

Bidders must provide proof of at least ?Competence Partner? certification in accordance with the Matrix42 certification program.
