Chile - Materials labor equipment and construction

Description

The purpose of these Bases is to acquire materials, labor, equipment and construction for the Habitability Program for housing solutions for 7 families of the commune, Materials Order No. 54 dated April 9, 2024 from the Director of Community Development, in accordance with the requirements of these Bases.
The proposal will be governed by these terms and conditions and other related documents and by the legal, regulatory and technical norms in force at the opening date, as applicable. Likewise, any written clarifications issued by the municipality, whether requested by the participants themselves or issued by the municipality, shall constitute rules specific to this proposal.
The procurement process shall be governed by the mechanisms established in Law No. 18695 "Organic Constitutional Law of Municipalities" and Law 19886 on Purchases and Contracting.

The bases will be available to suppliers through the portal www.mercadopublico.cl.
