Description

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out major maintenance and repair work at the Mahatma Gandhi high school in Saint-André.
The services of the lot 1 concern the removal of the current air fans, the implementation of new air fans and the realization of the wiring of supply and controls of the air fans, of the possible drillings and re-corkings, the replacement of the slabs of false ceiling, the removal and the installation of the gutters related to the removal of the joineries The services of lot 2 concern: - the supply and application of various interior and exterior paints adapted to the type of support and anti-graffiti paint over a height of 2 m on the exterior walls, paint on the underside of the corridors, all waterproofing coatings for the corridors including the upstands;- the implementation of the paintings of the acroteria including the covering of all the flat roofs;- the installation of all the joints and waterproofing devices of the works;- the supply and implementation of all the connections and various repairs necessary between the works carried out by the other trades and/or required by the existing situation (external joinery; repairing cracks, joints in the concrete structure; expansion joints, etc.);- the treatment of expansion joints, including the installation of joint covers;- the painting of rainwater downpipes;- all the necessary protection of the works carried out before painting (floor coverings, existing furniture, etc.) The services of lot 3 concern: - the supply of tools, execution material, possible ladders and scaffolding; - the recognition of the substrates and the reception of the supports; - the treatment of all the necessary parts and materials entering into the composition of the joinery and the works of the present lot in accordance with the standards in force;- the installation of all the joints and sealing devices of the works; - the verification (before the installation of the glazing) of the squareness of the frames and their planimetry, of the clearances between the frames and the sashes, of the operation of the locking and safety devices, as well as the control of the articulation and rotation points, and their possible greasing;- the supply and the installation of all the parts and sujétions of fixing and assembly of the joineries and the works of the present lot, including the adaptation parts- the supply and installation of all hardware, operating, balancing, suspension, guiding, locking and safety devices in accordance with the standard in force;- the supply and installation of all interior and exterior cladding (joint covers, flats, mud flaps, water discharges, folded metal sheets, angle irons, etc.), as well as all the works and all the ancillary and finishing details, the caulking and various repairs;- the supply and installation of all self-adjusting air supply devices in the joinery;- the supply and installation of all types of glazing;- the supply and installation of safety devices against falls (guardrails, grab bars).
