Listed school building, small-scale, deferenced structure, mostly 2-storey brick masonry construction with reinforced concrete and renovated, limited load-bearing hollow-body ceilings, partly with basement, with slated, developed mansard roof truss with several usage adjustments and renovation measures in the last century. Laying of the foundation stone in 1913.net floor area: total 4 250 m2, ground floor 1 500 m2 net volume: 16 000 m³.This tendering procedure includes the following works: stonemasonry, natural stone and plastering work on the listed building, external walls/stairs/fountains.
Overview of measures:- Cleaning, natural stone revision, new grouting;- Plaster renewal, natural stone restoration;- Well sealing;- Concrete maintenance work;- Accompanying measures/earthworks;- Type and scope of work:- Treatment of 5 enclosure walls ("Wall 1-5"):-- Total length: approx. 150 running metres, wall heights 0.65 m-1.90 m;-- Total masonry surfaces: approx. 384 m²;-- Proportion of natural stone exposed masonry (base areas): approx. 179 sqm;-- Proportion of plaster areas (on brickwork): approx. 150 sqm;-- Covering slabs: approx. 90 sqm;-- Demolition of wall 5 approx. 24 linear metres, concrete reworking approx. 20 sqm;-- New construction of quarry stone wall approx. 6 cbm.-- Natural stone restoration: approx. 152 sqm;-- Fountain with natural stone podium slabs: approx. 22 sqm;-- Basalt staircase steps: approx. 33 sqm;-- Natural stone block steps main and side stairs approx. 97 sqm.further notes:- Qualified documentation as a secondary service;- Warranty: 10 years.
