the present market relates to the missions of sensitization and communication of proximity on the biowaste.the present market includes the following services: - the oral communication to be carried out "door-to-door" with the inhabitants of the communes, - the distribution of information documents, - a regular report on the progress of the operation, - the restitution of an assessment of each communication campaign, - the realization of surveys (ex: households which compost) or of satisfaction according to the needs Occasional lodgings (furnished for tourists), the parks of activities are not concerned by this consultation
the contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, in application of articles R.2162-2, R2162-4 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Order Code, with the following amounts for the duration of the contract: Minimum amount for the duration of the contract: 25,000 euro(s) excl: Minimum annual amount: 0 euro(s) (excl. VAT) Maximum annual amount: 55,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
