Description

This contract is in line with the work undertaken by the EEP interbranches (private educational institutions) concerning the dynamics of GPEC both for data collection, the implementation of action plans and the creation of innovative and digital tools.
Complete the mapping of jobs and skills. Create an HR diagnostic tool enabling managers to anticipate and express needs in terms of skills in order to develop the GPEC: (collection and analysis of demographic data, definition of needs, integration of environmental elements and perspective, integration of HR ratios, etc.). Propose action plans (consolidation of collected data and creation of a strategy in the territory). Adding new applications to our certification management tool: Isicertif (working on the digitalization of the training approach including block training courses, evaluations and follow-up of actions both quantitatively and qualitatively, managing courses, LMS..., creating a certificate on digital skills. Evaluate the entire project approach in an itinerant evaluation method.
