REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FORMANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS OF WORKFORCE CENTERSFORRURAL CAPITAL AREA WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARDWorkforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible, and experienced independent entities for the effective and efficient Management and Operations of Workforce Centers and the related programs and initiatives therein established by the Board for the nine-county Rural Capital Area.The Board will contract with a single entity that embodies the WSRCA business culture and management philosophy to meet the expectations for excellent performance, quality services and customer satisfaction. The Board at its discretion may also elect to sub-contract specific program initiatives and services.WSRCA is seeking services that includes the management and operation of the Board’s workforce centers and the provision of quality services to employer and job seeker customers. Workforce Center Operations will encompass the coordinated and integrated delivery of workforce programs and services consistent with local and state plans as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, policies, and directives.WSRCA will utilize Bonfire to manage this solicitation, Request For Proposal (RFP) Management & Operations of Workforce Center 320-15-2401.
