Maintenance of lighting of public places and roads of the city of Kędzierzyn-Koźle in 2019-2021Scope:1. Maintenance and repair of lighting circuits of public places (squares, squares and parks and roads located in the city of Kędzierzyn-Koźle)2. The subject of the contract consists of the following activities1) Removal of hazards resulting from road incidents and other random activities, in particular, protection of damaged elements of the lighting installation against the effects of electric shocks.2) Replacement of faulty fuses and switching on of faulty overcurrent circuit breakers3) Regulation repair and replacement of faulty street lighting control systems4) Repair, maintenance and replacement of faulty light sources and luminaire equipment5) Maintenance, repair and replacement of luminaire columns and extension arms6) Repair, maintenance and replacement of worn-out components of street lighting systems, equipment and power cables.7) Inspections of lanterns' efficiency8) Making readings of electric energy meters. in selected places of measurements determined from the Purchase Order.9) Cleaning elements of lighting installation and washing of luminaires10) Supplementing the marking of lanterns and lighting cabinets.11) Single tree branches trimmings limiting access to the lanterns and correct light distribution12) Periodic inspections of technical condition. 14) Maintenance of the register of notifications on faults and failures of lighting circuits15) Participation in works related to taking over new street lighting networks for operation16) Agreeing with the Energy District on the dates of necessary power supply shutdowns. repaired lighting circuits.3The activities described in item 2 shall be carried out within the following deadlines: 1) The threats described in item 2 item 1 require immediate removal2) The activities described in item 2 items 2 and 3 shall be carried out within the time specified in the offer3) The activities described in item 2 item 4 shall be carried out within the time limit specified by the Economic Operator in the offer4) The activities described in item 2 item 4 shall be carried out within the time limit specified by the Economic Operator in the offer4) The activities described in item 2 item 1 require immediate removal2) The activities described in item 2 item 2 shall be carried out within the time specified in the offer. The list of road lighting perimeter is included in Appendix no. 11. In the course of implementation. it will be updated on a regular basis
