The Centre de services scolaire des Découvreurs is requesting bids for the maintenance of green spaces for the schools and administrative center.
Documentation will be available as of Tuesday, April 23, 2024. Tender documents, plans and specifications, and other documents pertinent to the project may be obtained by any person or company through the SEAO.
Tenders, in a sealed envelope marked Centre de services scolaire des Découvreurs : Entretien des espaces verts ; addressed to Service des ressources matérielles du Centre de services scolaire des Découvreurs, will be received at 100-945 avenue Wolfe in Québec City no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. , to be publicly opened at the same place, on the same day and at the same time.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque, money order or bank draft in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the owner, Centre de services scolaires des Découvreurs, or by a bid bond in the same amount, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date.
This bid bond must be exchanged at contract signing for a performance bond equal to 10% of the contract price.
For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable to Quebec, in a province or territory covered by such agreement, and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c.B-1.1), will be considered.
The owner does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
