France - Maintenance of Aix-Marseille Université (AMU) pedestrian doors, barriers, gates, curtains and other facilities

Description

This contract covers preventive and corrective maintenance and ESM work on :
- Wicket door (exterior pedestrian)
- Sliding door (pedestrian building entrance/exit)
- Grille or metal curtain
- Lifting gate
- Sectional or swing garage door < 3 meters high
- Industrial door height >= 3 meters (sectional or swinging)
- Double or single leaf gates
- Suspended or floor-mounted sliding gate
- Retractable bollard
- Turnstile (non-motorized)
- Fast corridor

The consultation includes the following lots:

LOT 1: City of Aix and Marseille (Sites: St Jérôme, IUT Susini and Château Gombert) as well as other communes (Sites: la Ciotat, Avignon, Salon, and Arles).

LOT 2: City of Marseille (Centre and South districts) as well as the Médecine Nord component.

LOT 3: Alps sites (Digne and Gap)
This lot is not part of the present consultation.
In accordance with article R. 2123-1 of the French Public Procurement Code, the University has decided to implement an adapted procedure for lot 3 "Sites des Alpes (Digne et Gap)" in 2026 (this lot has an annual maximum threshold of strictly less than €10,000 excluding VAT).

Each lot constitutes a contract.
Unless otherwise specified, the contract is referred to as a "contract" in the tender documents, regardless of the lot concerned.
Unless otherwise specified, all provisions mentioned in the consultation documents apply to all lots.

The description of services is set out in the CCP and its appendices.

Limitation on the number of lots that may be awarded to a single economic operator == > Economic operators may bid for all lots, but only one lot will be awarded per candidate. For further details: see article 8.3 of the Consultation Regulations.
