Chile - Maintenance of air conditioning equipment

Description

The objectives of the contracting of the preventive and corrective maintenance service for the air conditioning system in the new offices of the Taxpayer's Ombudsman's Office, located in Teatinos N°120, 14th floor, in the commune and city of Santiago, are the following:
- Maintain an optimal level of air conditioning: The main objective of this contracting is to ensure that the Taxpayer's Ombudsman's Office facilities have an adequate indoor environment in terms of temperature and air quality. This will provide a comfortable and productive working environment for staff and visitors.
- Ensure workplace health and safety: Adequate air conditioning is essential to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. The preventive and corrective maintenance service seeks to identify and address potential problems in the air conditioning system that may affect the safety and well-being of people working in the Ombudsman's Office facilities.
- Extend the useful life of the air conditioning system: Through regular and adequate maintenance, the purpose is to extend the useful life of the air conditioning system. The contracted service must include preventive actions to help prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal system operation over time.
