provide hardware and software maintenance, licenses subscription (by product manufacturer) and technical support services
assign a team of experienced personnel to:
- manage outstanding cases
- have bi-monthly review meetings
- perform patch management
- perform an annual equipment health check
- review and update relevant documentation on a half-yearly basis, including inventory, operation manual, support plan, network diagram, hardening guide, etc., upon each change
assign a service delivery manager that is responsible for day-to-day operational matters relating to the provision of maintenance and support services
