Description
It is the intention of Katy ISD to solicit responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Maintenance and Service for Katy ISD Copier Fleet. The Purpose of this contract will be to provide Katy ISD with a comprehensive maintenance and repair program for the District owned copier fleet and/or leased copier fleet. The proposed solution must incorporate current District equipment with any new or replacement equipment purchased during the contract period. Additionally, the successful contractor will provide all personnel including management and staff as contractor employees. Each service technician must be fully trained, and manufacturer certified on the equipment they support.
