Norway - Maintenance and repair of ticket-issuing machinery

Description

In collaboration with several counties, Nordland County has developed a new ticketing system for on-board sales on buses and express boats.. We are now establishing the system in all of our contract areas and are looking for a reliable and experienced supplier who can deliver, install and operate ticketing equipment for our bus transport service.
The procurement covers two regions, inner Helgeland and Ofoten.The budget limit is set at NOK 2,000,000.The annual budget limit for the option is set at NOK 300,000. The option will not be part of the evaluation, but must also be given in the price sheet in annex 6.Nordland County would like the ticketing systems to be available and in operation in all vehicles and vessels by 01.01.2024 at the latest.The contract is an continuing service contract with a duration of 3 years from the date of delivery and will be automatically renewed for 1 year at a time unless terminated by the contracting authority with 3 months notice before the renewal date. The tenderer can terminate the contract with 12 months notice before the renewal date.
