Germany - Maintenance and repair of THW vehicles and equipment

Description

The following work on vehicles, loaded equipment, trailers and other equipment is to be carried out for the4 local branches set up in the Schwandorf regional area:
Inspection in accordance with legal and/or manufacturer's specifications, maintenance work, troubleshooting (incl. electrical equipment), repair work, accident repairs, technical retrofits/extensions.
The distance between the local authority and the workshop should not exceed 30 km driving distance.
The awarding for the local associations should take place in the following area-dependent lots:

Lot 1: OV Cham, Osserstraße 1, 93413 Cham for vehicles < 3.5 t

Lot 2: OV Cham, Osserstraße 1, 93413 Cham for vehicles > 3.5 t

Lot 3: OV Nabburg, Fichtenbühl 1, 92507 Nabburg

Lot 4: OV Roding, Pfarrheideweg 34, 93426 Roding

Lot 5: OV Sulzbach-Rosenberg,

Konrad-Meyer-Strasse 28, 92237 Sulzbach-Rosenberg
Tenderers are free to offer several lots.
The contract commences on 01.01.2021 and ends on 31.12.2022. The contract is extended twice for a maximum of one year at a time, unless it is terminated three months prior to expiry, after which a separate termination is not necessary. The term is limited to 4 years.
The entrepreneur shall ensure that vehicles can also be delivered or collected at weekends or additionally by separate agreement. Furthermore, the entrepreneur maintains a 24-hour service and guarantees prompt repair of the vehicles.

The award and binding period expires on 21.12.2020.
By submitting an offer, the Contractor is subject to the provisions on rejected offers pursuant to § 42 UVgO.
