Canada - Main Street - Water and Sewer Pipe Replacement (Phase 2)

Description

The Municipality of Saint-Prime is requesting tenders to proceed with the reconstruction of drinking water and sanitary sewer infrastructure totalling 235 metres under Main Street, between Industrial Street and the residence located at No. 442, including all related work.
Only construction contractors within the meaning of the Act respecting the Qualification of construction contractors (R.S.Q., c. Q-1) who have their principal place of business in the Province of Quebec are authorized to bid.
Companies interested in submitting a bid may obtain a copy of the bid documents, at the current OACS rates, starting Wednesday, July 24, 2019 and/or obtain additional information by contacting the Electronic Bidding System (OBCS) between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive:

Bidders must send three (3) copies of their duly completed bids (the original and two copies) in a sealed envelope, marked "MAIN STREET SUBMISSION - REPLACEMENT OF DRINKING WATER AND DRAIN PIPES (PHASE 2)" to the following address:

Submissions must be submitted no later than Thursday, August 22, 2019, 2:00 p.m. (local time). Bids will be opened immediately at the same location. In addition, the deadline for filing complaints is August 5, 2019.
The complaint management policy is available to the Municipality under section 938.1.1.2.1 of the Quebec Municipal Code (RLRQ.c. C-27.1) or 573.3.1.1.3 of the Cities and Towns Act (RLRQ. c. C-19).
