The delivery rate of the Degersheim pumping station is to be designed as follows: The Degersheim pumping station is built to transfer the flow rate of QPW = 5.0 l/s at a geodetic head of approx. 43 m. In rainy weather, the mixed water quantity of 3.0 l/s with an extraneous water content of 35 % must be ensured in the planning state via the control system. The calculated maximum dry weather discharge is 0.93 l/s (3.35 m3/h). A sufficient flow velocity (at least once a day: v > 0.70 m/s) in the pressure pipe (PE 100 RC, SDR 11, 110 x 10 mm) must be ensured. The flow rate of the Hohentrüdingen pumping station must be designed as follows: The Hohentrüdingen pumping station is built to transfer the flow rate of QPW = 5.0 l/s at a geodetic head of approx. 79 m. In rainy weather, the mixed water quantity of 4.0 l/s with an extraneous water proportion of 45 % must be ensured in the planning state via the control system. The calculated maximum dry weather discharge is 1.48 l/s (5.33 m3/h). A sufficient flow velocity (at least once a day: v > 0.7 m/s) in the pressure pipe (PE 100 RC, SDR 11, 125 x 11.4 mm) must be ensured.
