Description

The waste management company Landkreis Ammerland operates the mechanical waste pretreatment plant (MA Mansie) on the site of the central landfill Mansie in the municipality of Westerstede. As the mechanical and electrical equipment of the MA Mansie will reach the end of its service life in the foreseeable future, it is planned to replace it with a new and modern treatment plant. The dismantling and trade-in of the old equipment is also part of the service. Maintenance contracts for the machines to be delivered must also be offered.
The object of the contract is the dismantling and taking back of the existing mechanical treatment and delivery and installation of a new mechanical treatment with an hourly output of at least 44 t/h.The scope of supply essentially comprises the following services:- Disassembly, removal and trade-in of the old equipment;- Delivery and installation of the new equipment incl. all structural designs;- Performance of the "cold" and "warm" commissioning as well as a trial run;- Associated planning services incl. documentation;- Training and instruction of the client's employees;- Maintenance contracts must be offered in accordance with Chapter 3.26 of the tender documents.
