ekom21 is a corporation under public law and provides modern information and communications services (ICT) of all kinds for its members.The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements without the establishment of a purchase obligation to cover procurement requirements of the entitled parties that cannot yet be planned and specified in detail for the supply of products in the areas of the lots put out to tender as well as related services and additional services including optional maintenance, services and supplementary contractual services as well as accessories if required.In addition to ekom21 and KIV Thüringen, the entitled parties are their association members or shareholders, the counties, cities, municipalities, administrative communities and special-purpose associations in the Federal State of Hesse and Thuringia, in each case including their legally independent and dependent institutions and associations and other forms of cooperation.
The subject of the invitation to tender for Lot 1 comprises the supply of controller-less access points as well as solutions with optional controller, in each case in the most varied configuration of the manufacturer "Extreme Network", as well as, if required, including WLAN illumination, including inspection, software and software maintenance, installation, assembly and integration into the IT landscape at the respective installation site.It is intended to conclude framework agreements with one economic operator.Over the standard term of the framework agreement (cf. Section II.2.7) of the announcement), the contracting authority estimates a total value of approximately EUR 4,000,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is based on the experience of the last years including estimated additional requirements.The tender is designed directly to the manufacturer Extreme Networks, due to already purchased environments. In order to ensure a homogeneous infrastructure and central management and to enable further procurements, this lot must be designed directly for Extreme Networks.For more details, please refer to the tender documents. Section II.2.7) of the invitation to tender), the contracting authority estimates a total value of approximately EUR 2,000,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is based on the experience of the last years including estimated additional requirements.The tender will be designed directly to the manufacturer Heinekingmedia, due to already purchased environments. In order to ensure a homogeneous infrastructure and management via a central interface and to enable further procurements, this lot must be designed directly for Heinekingmedia.More details can be found in the tender documents. The subject of the invitation to tender for Lot 7 comprises the delivery of transport cases in various configurations and, if required, including installation, assembly and integration into the IT landscape at the respective installation site.It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to three (3) economic operators.Over the standard term of the framework agreement (cf.
