Description

the purpose of this procedure is to select an operator with whom a contract will be concluded for the provision of space authorizing the occupation of a set of surfaces and equipment located on the Gpmm's public maritime domain, to the right of berth 24 and adjacent to hangar 14 in the "g" mole sector, for the handling of solid bulk foodstuffs. The project owner will manage all operations required for its activity; build the facilities, equipment and tooling required to maintain and develop its business, in accordance with the investment allocation principles set out in the Dce; maintain the facilities, equipment and tooling, in accordance with the allocation principles set out in the Dce; ensure the operator's responsibility with regard to all legislation in force, and carry out under its responsibility all operations for the management of the space and equipment made available.
