Description

The subject of the contract is to adapt the existing semi-dry flue gas desulphurization (SDA) system to work with two OFz fluidized bed boilers - 425 K1 and K2. The plant is currently operating with boilers K3 and K6 (planned to be shut down by 2020). The scope of work should cover at least: b) adaptation of the existing FGD taking into account the current technical condition, inter alia, replacement of atomizers, replacement of bags in the bag filter, reconstruction of the process control system, other necessary works on the installation; c) adaptation of the flue gas discharge system with chimney number 3 under conditions of operation with boilers K1 and K2; d) design and adjustment of equipment, installations, systems and infrastructure necessary for proper and safe operation of FGD and boilers K1 and K2; e) cutting off the technological connections of boilers K3 and K6 with FGD; f) preparation of post-execution documentation together with an update of archival and available documentation related to the investment at the Contracting Authority; g) technical and technological start-up of the installation; and other necessary, in accordance with the Contractor's technology. The Contracting Authority does not allow for partial bids. A detailed description of the subject of the Contract will be indicated in the ToR and appendices.
