The construction site is located in Schulzendorf (district of Dahme-Spreewald,

in Brandenburg), the boundary of the overplanned area represent:

- in the north: Piece of forest (pine forest)

- in the south: Getreidegasse and its adjoining residential buildings

- to the west: Gerstenweg and its adjoining residential buildings

- to the east: construction road or future access road from Bergweg

The construction project includes the remodeling of the existing site and the preparation of new
